Sooooo it's my birthday today!!!!!!! I am so excited and happy and grateful for the opportunity to witness yet another incredible year on earth. The past year was one for the books, with extreme experiences that I was happy to observe and I look forward to another one filled with even better thrills. As I meditated a few days ago, I began to -in a way- pray for myself and it turned out to be some powerful affirmations that I must now share with you. It is simple, yet powerful and pretty much doubles as a poem that can be titled - My Vessel Is.
I hope it speaks to you like it did me and I wish you every great and wonderful thing under the sun as you identify with it.

- My vessel is filled with knowledge

- My vessel is filled with patience
- My vessel is filled with longevity
- My vessel is filled with forgiveness
- My vessel is filled with vitality
